the rest of the week i was interviewing for jobs, and freaking out over a million other things. as luck would have it, i got a call out of the blue for an advertising firm i had interviewed with a couple of months ago. Apparently i made a great impression, but they weren't interested in hiring me for that position. He called and said they had a new position open if i was interested. Thursday i went in for another interview, and they offered me the job! yay.
the other good news is that i finally went shopping!! bought some much needed new clothes. i'm hoping i stay frugal, not that i'll have much to spend anyway, between bills, gas, and other investments.
meanwhile Kate and i have started a new blog, that we will be revealing soon! i should be getting ready to attend a martini party this evening but all i want to do is relax and watch a movie at home. no more driving!
